why cant I install vcdimagergui 7.12

I tried to download the vcdimager program. When I unzip the files there is no executable to install the program. I just wanna install the gnu program like in the manual. Can someone give me a direct link to get this program.

ok one last time. I just want to run the program like I see it in the manual. It is installed in vcdeasy i see. can I run it somehow from vcd easy. I just wanna see the gnu like in the manual

GNU = GNU's Not Unix.

If you do a quick Google search, you can read all about GNU.

I suppose that you actually mean GUI = graphical user interface.

VCDImager 0.7.12 is a command line program. As such, if you want to use it directly, you will have to load up the command console in WinXP. (Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Command Prompt).

VCDImagerGUI refers to the GUI written by ?Baldrick available here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcdimagergui.htm This is based on the older version of VCDImager -- 0.6.x.

If you want to use a straight out GUI version of all the tools in VCDImager 0.7.12 (but not use VCDEasy or TSCV), then you could try VCDImager Tools GUI here: http://www.vcdimager.org/guides/vcdimager_tools_gui.html
