black bars

I want to superimpose black bars at top and bottom of screen on a short clip to match the rest of the movie - using panasonic encoder will provide the bars but squashes up the movie. Can it be done? (I bet it can and a member knows!). Thanks

you can use the crop feature in TMPGEnc to put your bars in (replace with black), and select full screen (keep aspect ratio)
