I captured a VCD 2.0 compliance MPEG1, then used the
TMPenc to cut it. The cut clips was detected as non-compliance VCD when burned under Nero 5.0. Any idea how to fix this, thanks.

You dont HAVE to make a compliant one...unless you have a VCD player just doesnt play anything else but a compliant which I doubt...most VCD will play non-compliant VCDs

Thanks for your reply, yes my player plays both the video and audio very jittery with the non-compliance VCD

I always demultiplex and multiplex (MPEG 1 VCD)the file
with TMPEGencoder.
I play my movies on a Philips CDi Player (built 1992) and on
a Cyberhome ADL 528 DVD Player and it works on both players.
My CDi player is very picky. If the movie is not 100,00% VCD compliant, it will not play the movie.
