Hello Guys
I want to buy a video capture card for about 200 dollars which can take both analog and digital inputs and be able to make VCDs and DVDs, preferably with a real time encoding in VCD format.
And since I'd be travelling quite a bit, I'd like it to work with PAL based sources, i.e., cams and TVs in some other countries. Can I buy such a card here? Or can I buy a card here that works only with PAL sources?
Since, the video signals we use here are NTSC, I don't know if some of the popular cards like from Dazzle/Pinnacle/ADS that I buy here would work in other countries! How'd I know?
Thanks for the input.
