Do empty CD jewel cases come with an insert/labelling card

I want to buy empty jewel cases for the 50 pack Verbatim 32x Datalife Pluscdr spindle I bought, and I am wondering if the jewel cases comes with the insert/labelling card. The online descriptions of the empty jewel cases don't mention them ,and insert cards are also sold separately, but sometimes at a cost significantly greater than the jewel cases. I guess those are the fancy injet printable ones. But I just want the generic jewel case labels that come with the jewel cases when one buys a cdr that comes with a jewel case.

Not the ones I have bought. But I didn't care because I was using labelling software to print up the inserts, complete with crop marks for easy trimming.

If you look around on the web you'll find free downloadable templates for printing inserts. They're made to print to various companies' pre-perforated insert sheets, but you can just print them to regular paper and cut/fold them by hand.
