Problem coverting DIVX mpeg3 to VCD in TMPG

I am compleatly new to this
I've just began toying with conversions a few days ago
I successfully converted a couple of movies from avi to mpeg and also split them using TMPG, and then burnt to vcd using B's Recorder Gold
All with no problems

But now I've run into a problem...

I am trying to covert a avi file to mpeg (The Movie is JasonX) but it keeps stopping halfway through.. also I don't see settings for Mpeg3 or 512x384 image size in TMPG software

The propties of this avi file tells me this:
Image Size: Width 512 - Height: 384
Audio MPEG Layer 3 125kps
Video Frame Rate 23 per sec
Data rate 129kps
Video Sample Size 24bit
DIVX codec
