If you don't mind losing some or all of the credits, use VOBsplit to cut off the required bytes from the last movie vob.
Alternatively, you may consider re-encoding the last couple of chapters to a lower bitrate.
Or, re-encode the whole film using CCE - you are not going to tell the difference if you only need to lose 100Mb or so (or more for that matter).

VobSplit is easy to use - tell it which file to cut (last numbered vob) and save as new vob name. You have no preview so you have to estimate the number of bytes - trial and error will get it right. Rename new vob to orig vob when created.

Re-encoding last chapter(s) is more time consuming and not worth it in your case if you have already authored.
The way I do it is using stream processing in Smartripper to get 2 m2v files. One is 90% of the movie, the other is last couple of chapters. Calc how much you need to reduce it to (by adding all video and audio streams together and mutiplying this by 1.05 to get an estimated VOB size), then re-encode the 2nd video stream.
I use VOBMerge to merge both video streams together (1st and re-encoded 2nd), then import my video and audio assets into Maestro or other authoring program.
