I have some audio vcd's and want to convert them to mp3
How can i do that

Use TMPGEnc. MPEG Tools --> Demultiplex
Load the relevant "DAT" file off your VCD. Save the audio to an MP2 file.
If you really want to make an MP3, then use Winamp to convert the MP2 file to a WAV and then use your favourite MP3 encoder (if you are interested in quality LAME is highly recommended).
