  1. Hey guys, I am having some trouble playing OGM files. They worked fine for a while, worked with all of my players, now the only player that will even try to play them is ATi File Player, and it crashes a few seconds after loading the file. When I tried reinstalling the Ogg filters, the installer reports:

    Error opening file for writing:
    "C:\WIndows\System32\ogg.dll"
    vorbis.dll
    vorbisenc.dll
    OggDS.dll
    Hit abort to abort installation,
retry to retry writing the file, or
    ignore to skip this file

I tried deleting the old files manually, but Windows XP says that they are in use, and will not let me edit them or delete them. So basically, I can't even update the Ogg filters, much less fix the problem. The only thing that I have done recently is install the Nimo Codec pack. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Prospero

  3. Well, I figured it out. ALL FIVE ogm files I tried to play were corrupted. I don't know how they got corrupted because they USED to work fine, but several new ones I found work fine.

    nevermind
