  1. question the first: is it possible to remove pixelation from a rm. file?
Question the second i've downloaded the tmpeg plugin for mov. files but the will not open, what am i doing wrong?
my last question for this moment is if an asf. file is ran through vdub and then through tmpeg will it become a compliant file to be burned to vcd using easy cd creator?
    much thanks in advance!

removing pixelization from an rm file you might find damaging to the original video.

make sure that the file is in the same directory as TMPGEnc.exe (i also have mine in the plugins directory. so the file is in two places)

Yes if you encode the file for VCD compliance. Note that rm videos aren't going to produce good quality vcd's.
