Well, I believe that your problem is TMPGenc configuration:
Load TMPGenc => Option => Environmental setting => VFAPI plug-in and set your AVI codec to highest priority. Close the TMPGenc soft and load it again. Browse your blahblah.avi to encode it to VCD or SVCD template.
Important: If TMPGenc plays your blahblah.avi being encoded then I think that's all right now.
    Please, feed back us.

  6. Thanks for your answer, i tried buit the only thing i see there is this:

    -avi2(openDML)File reader
    -BMP/PPM/TGA/JPG File reader
    -Wave File Reader
    -DirectShow Multimedia File Reader
    -AVIVWF compatibility Reader

    Thats all.
I think that i have to install some codec?

    OLAF,
I'm sure that BMP/PPM/TGA/JPG File reader and Wave File Reader codecs are not for that because the first one is for picture not movie reader and the second is for only sound reader. DirectShow Multimedia File Reader I'm not sure(it seems a plug-in).
So you have Avi2(openDML)file reader codec and AVIVWF compatibility Reader codec. Did you make test with both?
    If yes and the problem remains: C A N A N Y B O D Y H E L P OLAF?

For Premiere, you can frameserve to TMPG without changing it to an avi file. Have you tried that?
