    Does the use of Rempeg to reduce the size of the movie is affecting the qualety of the movie?

    Yes it does. All reencoding will reduce the quality a bit but it depends how much you lower the bitrate.

    I did Apocalypse Now redux at 2750 ave, from memory the original was 4800. Looks fine.
