who thinks DVC2 is crap?

had this "THING" for 4 months and never had any outputs from it that i am happy about...

just want to run a poll to see if there are others having the same experience as mine..

1. initial installation problematic
2. freezes during captures
3. produced clips at times cant be exported to other encoders even if in MPEG format
4. out of sync problems
5. quality? dunno if dazzle engineers made this stuff with closed eyes
6. no, engineers to talk of either.. technically.. no TECHNICAL SUPPORT
if there is think youd have to wait for a month and their replies would just refer to a database of other questions and find your questions their if it falls similarly to other posted questions....
7. and many more..
