    I've downloaded a BIN/CUE image that i need to burn. How do i tell if it's VCD or SVCD ?! PAL or NTSC ?

    You can download "Daemon-Tools" to mount the CUE/BIN image as a virtual CD in a virtual CD drive. That way, you can see what it is.
