I downloaded a VCD show and just converted to DivX5 with Vdub.

The video and audio of both the source and the divx file play noticably fast, _but_, the A/V sync is fine.

Is there an editor that will let me stretch both the audio and video?

Also, do you have any idea what might have gone wrong the author's cap to make it play fast? Thanks for any tips.
