  1. I'm new at this so please be patient! I downloaded a zip file of a program. When I unzipped it I found it was in a bin-cue format??? OK so now what do I do?? What program do I need to convert it back?

  2. VCDGear can convert BIN to MPEG or DAT or DAT to MPEG.

Check under the "Tools" section to your bottom left.

  3. Actually, it's probably not a video so VCDGear won't help you. You need to either burn the bin/cue with CDRWIN or use ISOBuster and open that baby up and get that program...

Or you can get fireburner to burn the bin. Download from http://www.fireburner.com (i hope links are permitted, didn't read the rules), and load the cuesheet. Then burn away. Fireburner's much smaller than CDRWIN, and in my experience, is much more reliable. Hope this helps. Or, if you do not have a burner, as danmanx said, isobuster will extract the files from the *.bin image.
