  1. When using DVD2SVCD and CCE a get a freeze and its stops doing the RIP ( opens CCE window and stops ). Using TMPGEnc everything goes OK....

OK means sometimes a get a 1-2 sec pause on the movie on the DVD or it slows for also 1 or 2 sec... Very rare but happens sometimes...

Any idea for those 2 problems?!?

    THX alot for the support....

the encoder has no effect, for ripping the movie
you mean encoding with cce or tmpgenc.

have you an amd processor and a via chip based mainboard.
this are no good components for useing with the cce, also dont overclook anything.

There is a patch for this avilible. calles CRC Patch, its from tsunami, search for it in the internet, or in kazza, edonkey
and the problem should be solved.

  4. I've had no trouble at all with CCE 2.5 and AMD chips with Via chipset.
AFAIK the only problem with these is if you try and do audio with CCE, and I assume DVD2SVCD is smart enough not to do that, since you don't want to do audio with CCE in any case.....

However, I don't use DVD2SVCD - I do all my encoding manually, so I can't say what might be causing the problems in this case.
