My cd-rw and nero won't recognize the full capacity of my 90 min. cd-r; the disc is really 99 mins. I upgraded nero to 5.5.9.9 and my cd-r is a buslink 40x, no upgrades on buslink. Both support 90 min cd-r. I look thru everything I could think of, from changing the preference in nero to upgrading, but it didn't help. Help please!!!

90 and 99 mins are not officially considered standard yet. I thought they were only reported as holding 80mins, I guess its really 90mins but in any case nothing is wrong. Its not supposed to report the full capacity of the media because as far as the software is concerned, those disks don't even exist. Just enable overburning in Nero, you won't actually be overburning Nero will just think you are.
This goes for any other burning program. -
But Nero's website, http://www.nero.com/en/index.html, claims it supports 90 cdr on their website.

Well leave it to Nero to contradict itself, it wouldn't be the first time. Perhaps the newest version recognizes that simply burning a 90 min cdr to full capacity isnt overburning, and therefore doesnt require you to have overburning enabled, but I seriously doubt this.

Remember that 90 and 99min CD-Rs actually aren't in the ?Orange Book specifications (it is orange isn't it?) so that theorectically, burning anything over 80mins constitutes "overburning".
However, you will simply have to be confident that your media actually has the sufficient number of sectors that you can burn 90/99min worth of data.
Also, many 90/99min CD-Rs will only report that they have 80min worth of sectors. You can ignore this quite safely.
