Yo;

I recently encoded a home movie on my Windows XP machine and wanted to convert it to VCD. When I went through the entire process of making the MPG and getting ready to make it into a VCD I wanted to check the quality of it, and so I did with no distortion of playback problems. Since I was past that point now, i decided to make it into a VCD but to see how it would look i burned it to a CD-RW, now when I played this on my stand alone DVD player, the entire movie was choppy and had motion bricks running through it every couple of minutes, I wanted to know what could cause this kind of problem?

P.S. With TMPGEnc, I used the VCD NTSC Template included with no modifications to the template itself. Also, would the CPU Processor functions have anything to do with the encoding quality such as disabling MMX-2 and SSE since I have those CPU processors checked when I run TMPGEnc
