I have ripped sucessfully quite a few DVD films to VCD (2 Discs) using CLAD, TMPGe, VCD Easy and Nero.
Over the last week I have backed up serveral DVD's to VCD's and sucessfully tested them on my Scan Standalone DVD player.
Over the weekend I ripped several DVD's and when I tested them today on the standalone DVD player, the VCD's sound (and sometimes picture) has a very slight pause/hesiatation when there is a dramatic change in the sound (music etc.)
I am using the 1 VCD template found in the tutorial on this site to create both of the 2 VCD discs, but i increase the minimum bitrate to 1150 and put the maximum to 5000, and put the average bitrate up as high as possible. Previously I use to put the Max bitrate to 3150.
I guess that it is something that i have done wrong in TMPGe, perhaps in the 'Expert settings' but i cannot see what i have done wrong?
Any advice anybody has would be great. Thanks
