I convert my .avi's to MPEG1 with TMPEGEnc, but when I go to cut the MPEG into 2 files so I can put it on a VCD, tmpeg always gives me problems. Sometimes it will freeze or Not Respond. Is there another freeware program that is good at cutting MPEG1s?
