I'm trying to encode using the CCE plugin with Premiere 6. I need to end up with a compliant mpg so DVD Workshop will not re-encode when I author and burn. So far I keep getting non-compliant sizes out of Premiere 6, for example 640x480, even though I specify 740x480 when I open an new project. BTW, I'm importing video captured via DV cam analog pass-through that's 720x480.
If I use VV3, I can specify any output size I want when I render from the program. How do I do that with Premiere and CCE?
Thanks

Under export ->settings ->video the frame size can be specified along with frame rate and pixle aspect ratio. Most plugins will use these setting but I don't have any particular knoledge of CCE
