Making video with Tmpgenc for 16:9 tv

When i select 16:9 as the size,the preview shows a 4:3 distored picture.I have the preview window set to 720x480.If i change the setting to 4:3,the preview looks like a 16:9 movie.If i burn a video,set to 4:3 display,the tv picture on my 16:9 display looks fine.

Choose 16:9 for everything and when you go to the next screen , where you see things like source at the top, etc. Go to other settings or options . Choose advanced options and again make sure 16.9 is there and most important choose Fullscreen Ratio 2. That way it stays at 16:9 without going full screen.
