What do you think is going to happen, to all the wonderful things done and discussed on this web site, when we have to switch to HDTV in a couple of years hence? HDTV is not compatible with DVD. Do we get a new two way box to switch to and from HDTV to our interlaced screens of old? What happens when they do not make old TV's that can be used with DVD? The future looks very interesting, in this regard. Will there be an HD(DVD) to go with the new technology, and will be forced again to stoke the fires of rapacious spending to become concordant with the new system? What say you all?
