Troubles with Mustek V560

Hi

I'm having problems withe my newly accuired Mustek V560.
Everytime i play a reg1-dvd the picture sort of stutters as if some frames are cut short. I have made sure my TV shows NTSC, so that's not the problem.

The problem doesn't occur when I play reg2.

Hi I've got a V562

Im having the same problem too. I think that it has a cheap NTSC PAL converter inside. I watch any reg1 or vcd or svcd and about every 2-10 mins i get like a quick stutter pause for about 1 sec. ODD!!

Any ideas cause this is quite handy for taping reg1s
