My standalone Toshiba SD-2700 DVD player won't play VCD's with menu's. When I burn a VCD with menu's all it does is go straight to the movie and when I press the menu button nothing happens. Is there something I'm not doing right? Or does my DVD player simply not play menu's (i.e I'm screwed!)Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The menu button is only for DVD. You should turn on PBC to be able play menus, in most DVD Players you just hit the Play button to play VCDs with menus and stuff and to play with no menus hit the number 1 for the first track. www.vcdhelp.com/play#dvdplayer
