What program do you all recommend for creating a bin/cue that has transitions between sections of the VCD with no gaps (so that there's no skip between sections)? It doesn't matter to me whether this is accomplished by using one individual mpeg stream somehow made so that specific parts can be selected or via separate mpeg streams compiled into one bin/cue with no skips between them.
Thanks for your help!

VCDImager, free and best after lots of tests. You may try the commercials I-Author and Videopack 4 (VCD only) too.

TTool's TSCV. For some options you have to edit the xml manually.

Just curious... what kind of result can I get if I simply compile several clips into one .bin file? It this seamless, or does it simply act as though you are doing DAO?
That is, does it burn as separate tracks, or does it simply add a flag when the next track starts? (Bet it's the first one)
