I have a DAZZLE DVC II PCI card. When I capture from a VHS tape in Video CD format and burn the CD, the picture is Choppy and sometimes no picture at all only audio. If I use a Xing mpeg encoder to encode before writing then the CD plays well.
Is it necessary to encode the clip( I feel that the clip should not be encoded because we are capturing in Vedio CD format with all parameters fixed)
Is it the problem of the computer hardware or is it the problem of the DAZZLE card.
Can any body answer this question.
