If i'll burn my MPEG2 file to a SVCD (with Nero), but the video file's resolution is lower than the normal (320*240 instead of 480*480).
So my question is if i'll burn it to a cd, will the DVD\SVCD player (stand alone player) will recognize it and play it?

Many players will probably handle it just fine. But, it's not the standard resolution so there's no guarantee it will work.

SVCD resolutios for NTSC:
352 x 480
480 x 480
720 x 480
352 x 240 (can work too).
