    I am looking software that will let me record my casette tapes to my hard drive and recognize the silence on the tape between songs to create seperated tracks

    I've never heard any(good idea though).The logistics designing that
    software would be difficult what with certain songs that have silence during the song.I had a Pioneer cassette deck that would FF or RR to
    the next track(detecting the silence),but it only worked with store bought
    tapes.
