    hi i been putting avi movies to vhs using mentor geforce 2 mx400 and using composite.good quality using tv tool also.i would like to reverse putting vhs to hard drive using virtual dub or simaler.i have svhs socket on the card also but not sure if its possible with this card. thanks

    Yes, done it with ATI TV Wonder VE. capture TV, VHS, using ATI's own software, PowerVCR II and WinDVR 2.

    hi - i also have a geforce 2 i would like to use to capture video from vhs. what software should i use for it?

    use virtual dub.the problem is i still dont know if this card will capture.not sure if composite and svhs connection on card are out,or video in.i used the composite for out.
