  1. I have a problem. When I load up TMPGEnc (pretty much any version) in Windows 98, I can load the video fine, but when I click the [BROWSE] for the Audio file, it gives be an error message (error in 'kernel32.dll') and the address of the error, and then I can't encode the video. But, when I open up the same program on my Windows 2000 side, it seems to work just fine. Now, I just re-installed Windows 98 and re-installed TMPGEnc (Plus), and it still does the same thing. Anyone have any idea?
