use the latest version of DVD2AVI (which supports DTS) and select AC3 for the output (not convert to WAV) - I assume SpruceUp will import this AC3 OK but haven't got a DVD burner to try ..

  4. I didnt have a problem extracting the DTS . I have 2 files .. gladiator.m2v and Gladiator.DTS
The problem is I cannot inport the DTS into SpruceUp so I am wondering if there is any other ways to put the movie back together on DVD without losing the DTS...

AC3 isnt a problem but I would prefer DTS audio

  5. Spruce up doesnt accept DTS.
Youll need a top pro program, I got Maestro and that aacepts DTS but it was a big downloaded about 600 meg and it needs NT, I never got it to work with 98 or XP so ive never actually used it. Have you tried DVD decrypter. That can rip a DVD and remove streams you dont want, Ive never tried but i assume you could just click on m2v and dts and the finished ripped file will contain just those 2 streams (im assuming thats what you want !?). Anyway when I get home from work Ill try it n see what happens.

  6. I've already ripped the .Mv2 and the .DTS file from the DVD no problo and they all work in PowerDVD. I am trying to put them together onto a dvdr. I use spruce and I have got Maestro which does work on XP but it wont accept the DTS audio, tho it does take the AC3 audio ok ...
although the AC3 vresion is good enough I was hoping to crack the DTS version too

  9. I never got my meastro to work. But there are versions that accpet DTS.
That is your only option apart from trying to keep the m2v and dts intact and just remove the audio streams you dont want like i said using dvd decypter. Also i believe that the now rather old program VOBrator can also do that.
