    Hi,

For simpler lists try Ms Excel or other spreadsheet. You can put keywords in different columns and sort on them as desired.

For more complex needs try Ms Access or other database. These can be setup to use lots of keywords and cross-references and are probably the ultimate in flexibility.

If you're not familiar with any of these programs, there are dedicated packages for this; I can't help here.

There's a pretty good software I use that was written especially for cataloging videos, audio (LP's or CD's or Minidisc, etc.).
    It's called "All Media Library".

You can search by name, ID number, your own personal rating, artist, date, etc. You can even keep track of who you loaned a tape or disc to, when you loaned it out, when they returned it, and how many times it was loaned out.

If you have barcode software you can use it with AML also.

It's free for use with up to 100 pieces of media. More than that and you have to register.
