I got a Divx film the other day (9th gate) but there seems to be a problem with it, when i open is in VirtualDub I get a window saying "Reconstructing missing index block (aggressive mode).
Once this has happened I get the filter warning
"Warning, VirtualDub has reconstructed the index for this file, but you have not specified rekeying in the extended open options dialog. Seeking in this file may be slow"
Just wondering if anything knows a fix to this problem?
(or if the film is crap let me know and I will just bin it)
Darkish
p.s for my other posts, cheers all for your help managed to get it working, seems I had to update my BIOS and mobo drivers for TMPEGEnc to work correct![]()

vdub fixes the problem. just check direct stream copy in both the audio tab and video tab. press save avi in file tab then rename. reopen new file and check it out
