I am currently recording Mpeg-1 file through ATI's MMC and editing with M2-Edit (3.0) and evreything works great until the video bitrate exceeds 2.5Kb/s (CBR) --after that M2-Edit won't play them correctly so that my edit points are always skewed--Anyone have any ideas as to why this is and how to fix it?
