  1. anyone know the best way to encode it with tempgenc. I am sure someone has had experience with this.

  2. if your making a vcd encode to 29.97 (what you are using is ~1/2 ntsc framerate.) It will automatically duplicate the frames and should compress very well, but at only 14+ fps it will be a little jerky of course.
