i just bought the Pioneer a04 just this week.....i installed Primodvd 2.0 to burn gi files....which are ps2 games......but for some reason it only detects my sony cdrw burner.....but it wont let me choose my dvd burner....someone told me i should upgrade my frimware..i dled it..but i dont know how to upgrade it......it says i should run in ms dos...another option i had to choose was to upgrade primodvd...but where would i go to do that?...if ne1 can help me out ....thanks!

well I can tell U that U dont need to update the firmware of the dvdwriter but the engine of primodvd, just go to there side & get the pxengine & all will be well, hence U will be able to burn a dvd.....
