Man, most likely it will not for you.
Try iuVCR (http://www.iulab.com/eng/index.shtml) or others with WDM,
because VirtualDub supports ONLY VfW, so far. -
I have the same card and it works with perfectly under virtuadub. Make sure you have installed the capture drivers from the ATI website.
I have noticed however that RGB24 is not supported -
glen8, did you install VfM wrapper ?
Otherwise I don't understand how come ?
See for example http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=106902 -
Nope, I havent installed anything different. Just got a clean system with windows xp pro and the ATI drivers. Works fine.
In the capture source for Virtuadub is states its an ATI Rage Theater if thats any help.
The model of card is a 64mb ATI All In Wonder Raedon 7500 -
I've tried the wrapper and still does not work... In Virtual Dub I see one device, Microsoft WDM Image Capture which is my Web Cam. May if I disconnect it it might work? I installed the drivers from the ATI CD that came with the card and still did not work. I went on their website and installed the newer drivers and still did not work.

Very Strange.
As I type this I am very drunk so I might not make much sense.........
Make sure u have the latest version of virtuadub. Maybe a fresh install is needed. I do not know. Mine just works without any trouble.
I know how much computers can be a pain in the ar*e. Send me an email if u are having trouble > glen.harrison@ntlworld.com
not too early as im sure to have a hangover :-0 -
Microsoft WDM Image Capture is the vfwwdm wrapper, shut off the other devices using it and it should default to your ati capture device.
-
Well, I istalled wrapper, and it works.
And gives me that Microsoft WDM Image Capture stuff.
I didn't try/test it in full range, but at least I could move a step
further. -
I got virtual dub to detect the card and I was able to capture. I installed BT drivers.

koic, email me at tommydee291@attbi.com and i will send u the zip file that contains the bt drivers.
