I know I have asked before, but I am stumped.

I am trying to capture with my AIW 7500. The video comes in fine, but I am trying to use my SB Extigy sound card (which is an external, USB device)

The audio is coming through my speakers, I can hear the movie I am trying to capture, but when I play back the capture, there is no audio.

Anyone with experience on this?

In MMC start the "Initialization wizard" and for input select your sound
card.If you have another soundcard installed(pci,motherboard)uninstall
device otherwise you will get a conflict.

the only thing it lets me choose from is "line in" and "mic"

I want to use my toslink in from the dvd player, but the problem seems to be that the audio isn't going in to the little purple box that comes from my capture card(where the s-video is going)

I can capture fine when I send the rca audio into the box along with the s-video, but when I try to cap with video going into the video card and audio into the sound card (toslink) there is no sound.
