Divx file with five channel audio conversion

Hi

I got a divx movie with 5 channel audio ( It´s playable in all players )

When I want to convert it with Tmpenc 2.54 to SVCD or VCD it isn´t able to open the audio. So I tried with Virtual Dub to extract the audio.
Full processing mode audio is not possible and when i save a direct stream copy to wav it plays to fast ( 4 times faster or more )

I think its a codec problem.....

I have several codec´s installed ( Nimo Codec pack including AC 3 encoder and many other codecs )
