  2. a pretty plain question gets a pretty plain answer.. anyways im replying coz i got the same problem too before.. a vcd karaoke that i borrowed from my friend wont play on my APEX player too so i tried too look it up and browse the folders on my computer and the supposed to be xxx.dat file where all the karaoke songs are stored are no where to be found.. kinda cool and kinda weird too coz where did it go then? Anyways what i did is i try to make an image of the cd using CDRWin then convert the x.bin file to mpeg using VCDGear then burn using NERO.. everything went well after that.. =)

  4. The Apex player will play VCD but not Karaoke VCD cause it can't cut out the sound, but I does seperate the sounds in SVCD since SVCD carries stereo streams unlike VCD which has 2 mono audio line.
