    is this possible... i would be wanting to frame serve an mpeg2 with a water mark through vdub or soemthing else to encode down to VCD in tmpg enc... just need to know if its possible before i make my final decision on my new cap card

    Absolutely. Just use the logo filter when you are frameserving.
