Where did you get the movie from?, was it an AVI you used to burn?, did you convert it with TMPGEnc using a VCD template?. Did you use good quality disks ?

  3. hi i have the same problem and im just givin my word in
i dont think the quality of cds matter that much... my stand-alone vcd player could play pirated vcds before... and i dont think ppl who make those pirated vcds would make them out of high quality cds.. i had no problem before.. but now it stutters when i try to play my own burned vcds... even when i tried to watch an official vcd it still stutters... so my clue would be that its the player problem... im not sure.. but i think you should get it checked.. as i will with mine
in the meantime try your vcds on a friend's vcd player or somethin...dont waste your time and cds burnin more cds to try to see if they work or not

OK, did you scan for junk frames in Vdub first, did you load a VCD template in TMPGEnc
