  1. Does anyone have experience with RAID 0 configurations with total capacity greater than the 134GB barrier? I'm wondering if there will a problem addressing two 120GB drives combined in RAID 0.

Since each drive is less than the 134GB, I would think everything would be fine, but wanted to check.

Not sure about the barrier limit on RAIDFrame, but check here: http://www.cs.usask.ca/staff/oster/raid.html
I used RAIDFrame on my NetBSD server last year, and I just loved it. I actually liked it better than FreeBSD's Vinum ( http://www.vinumvm.org/ ) You didn't specify what OS, if it was only for WinSplash platform , so this link is for Unix . Hope this helps.

  3. Oops, sorry. Didn't think.

The RAID controller would be an integrated Promise controller on a Gigabyte motherboard. WinXP Professional for the OS.

It's not the total, it's the individual drive size that matters.
    2x120 here without problems.
Promise has a new bios and driver available for larger than the 128g current single drive limit.
