  1. Forgive me if this question seems elementary, since I'm relatively new to VCD burning. When using TMPGEnc to separate an avi file into two parts and convert them into VCD format, the program begins the conversion process after I have selected the beginning and ending points of excerpt, but a few seconds into the process, a small error window pops up containing the above number. Anyone know how I can solve this problem? It seems to be happening with most of the movies I'm trying to convert, and they play fine in DiVx players and are complete. Thanks in advance!

  2. Seen strange things in the past, good question. Try another version
    of TMPGEnc and see what happens... Even an older version! Im
    using an older version right now for similar reasons though I wont
    go into detail... cause the details escape me at the moment!

    Good luck

    I just looked up the error "537403781-180576" and it says.....
    You need to scan the Divx AVI's for junk frames, any junk can cause TMPGEnc to stop.

    Use Vdub > Scan Video stream for errors
    If it finds any;
    Video > direct stream copy
    Audio > direct stream copy
    SAVE AVI
