    hi,
I read the little free capture guide and installed xp timershot on my machine. Control Panel-Scanners and cameras lists the device correctly.
In fact I can use the little camera with it's native program or with PaintShopPro.
Could it be because it uses a twain driver or something like that?

    thanks for any advice.

  2. You've probably already been to this site:

    Using your EZ200 with WinXP

    but just in case...
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

Hi, I also have one of those EZ200, but they are a twain capture, not like the capture devices as used by the control panel capture devices, which usually work via COM ports.

Any program Like Paint Shop Pro, will evoke the twain drivers, which capture/transfer them back to the host program.
