Right so I am getting a Kodak P880 off my dad for free as he doesn't use it.
Worried it won't be good enough as its an old camera, Only 8MP Photos, Worried about the filming quality.

So what would be a better option? Any Cheap SLR or Camcorders out there good for
Recording vLogs, Unboxings/Reviews and maybe even skateboarding?

Not really looking for something top end but something good enough with quality someone would be willing to watch.

    Thanks ;D

The best option is staring you in the face.
First off, you can't go by MP because the quality, quantity, size, and concentration of pixels are all different. The only realistic way to judge these is through observation and user reviews.
I would suggest to use this camera, get familiar with it's operation, and learn as much as possible about it.
There aren't any good cheap SLR's or camcorders worth mentioning that can do what this camera can.
It's kinda funny when people have a great opportunity right in front of them and don't realize it.
I know teens must have the latest and greatest with all the bells and whistles or they're simply not worthy.

    Poor slobs...

Forget about the MP measuring -- that's stupid.
    Taken alone, it means nothing.

The Kodak P880 is an excellent camera by the specs shown -- use it.

    Can't beat free.

Go watch the movie "Super 8" to understand some of the rest of the talent needed.

Not about the camera but the photographer.

You are talking stills right? That camera is fine.

For video not so good but a start (640 x 480)* MJPEG video at 30 frames per second.

    * 0.3 Megapixels.
