bad audio sync due to svcd extraction

i extracted an svcd from a cd by using cdrwin and making bin/cue files. i then extracted the svcd from the bin/cue files. i looked at the resulting svcd by playing it in media player and the picture and audio didn't line up. How can i fix this and prevent it from happening again when extracting svcd from a cd?

try to demux with tmpg and remux with bbpmeg.
