Hi,
Is there some way to check if a .M2V is true 29.9 fps or 23.9 fps with 3:2 pulldown ?
TIA.

Teco bitrate viewer might (but I don't think so) - http://www.tecoltd.com.
One way to tell is to get the number of frames from Teco, then run pulldown.exe with the flags to Strip the pulldown bits, then run Teco and see if the number of frames is now 80% of what it used to be....
Gross, I know, but it's all I can think of at the moment.
